CISDI Information Technology Co is celebrating after recently winning five intelligent manufacturing projects.

ü  EPC-based services for a rebuild of the blending and external supply system at Maanshan Steel Port Group’s stockyard plant

ü  EPC-based services for a 7-metre coke oven system in the north of Maanshan Steel’s Coking Plant

ü  sintering machine C at Maanshan Steel

ü  blast furnace B’s casthouse at Maanshan Steel’s Ironmaking Plant

ü  centralised water treatment system (Phase I) at Rizhao Steel.

The info tech team is to create a scenario of “industrial internet plus water efficiency management” to build an advanced, full-process water efficiency control platform at Rizhao Steel.

Based on analysis of Rizhao’s water treatment system data pool and automation and intelligent applications, eight process mechanism value models have been proposed.

CISDI solutions for the centralised water treatment system will function at a highly intelligent level, resulting in lower costs and greater efficiency.
