Baosteel has turned to CISDI expertise as it prepares to build a world-class high-speed wire-rod rolling line.

CISDI will supply Baosteel with core Roughing and Intermediate Mill equipment and its reheating furnace, and carry out the line’s plant design.

CISDI’s tech and equipment will include:

●       Reheating furnace smart combustion control

●       A high-rigidity short-stress path rolling mill

●       A high-precision 3-roll mill

●       An individually-driven modular mill

●       Online multiple controlled cooling

●       Smart spatial storage

●       Full-line, high-standard automation
