Shandong Steel’s Yongfeng Lingang Plant has contracted CISDI to supply a coil dividing and skin-pass mill for its 2,250mm hot rolling line.

The SPM is projected to produce 800,000 tonnes a year and will have a maximum production speed of 600 metres a minute.

CISDI core tech and advanced package equipment for the mill:

ü  Uncoiler clamping for automatic threading

ü  Intensified SPM

ü  M-type tension pre-bending

ü  Automatic unstrapping machine

ü  Automatic flaw detector

ü  Automatic strapping machine

ü  Automatic spray marker.

They will make a significant contribution to the SPM’s product quality, its production efficiency and automation levels.
